Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for open roles and flex across teams as needed
- Build diverse talent pipelines and proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Experience with Workday (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours due to time zone differences
- Experience in recruiting within sports or entertainment is a plus
