Job Summary

Partnering with hiring managers, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will drive full-cycle recruiting for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles, focusing on generating candidate pipelines and maintaining meticulous documentation in Greenhouse.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles
  • Utilize data-driven insights and funnel metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve candidate pipelines
  • Maintain real-time responsiveness to candidates and hiring managers while ensuring confidentiality and impeccable documentation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse, including job configuration, interview scheduling, and assessment integrations
  • Expert-level capability with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools, including talent CRMs and boolean search strategies
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to manage recruitment processes based on metrics and channel efficiency
  • Exceptional skills in behavioral interviewing and written communication, with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging AI tools
