Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the part-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement strategic hiring plans
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components of full lifecycle recruiting
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies and technologies to build a qualified applicant pool
Required qualifications
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday Recruiting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
