Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform candidate identification, sourcing, and research activities to build the talent network
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting life cycle
• Drive the candidate evaluation process and manage offer delivery and negotiations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 3-5 years of prior experience in recruiting
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Fluency with technology and ability to learn new systems
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools
