Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support the hiring process by sourcing, scheduling, and prescreening candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including monitoring attendance
  • Conduct sourcing for a diverse pipeline of candidates and manage job postings
  • Support the candidate lifecycle through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with requisition responsibilities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills
  • Experience with professional social networks, particularly LinkedIn
