Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and hire top talent as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the strategic recruitment plan and manage all stages of the hiring process
  • Identify and creatively source candidates through various channels and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Track recruitment metrics and collaborate with hiring managers to improve the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment
  • 1+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or Organizational Psychology is preferred
