Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that attract top technical talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an in-house environment
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, with experience in Lever being a plus
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
  • Ability to manage the recruitment process with a focus on speed and quality
  • Eagerness to develop recruitment skills and improve recruitment processes
