Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to offer
• Source and interview candidates for relevant skills, ensuring a smooth hiring process
• Foster a positive candidate experience and communicate the employment brand consistently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS company
• Experience sourcing and hiring Go-To-Market & Engineering talent
• Greenhouse experience is required
• Ability to build professional relationships using a consultative communication style
