Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full life cycle recruiting for technical and functional roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm candidate profiles and share findings
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles in Software and Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and innovative sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage high volume pipelines in a technical recruiting environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in the Civic/Government field is highly preferred
