Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full life cycle recruiting for technical and functional roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm candidate profiles and share findings
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles in Software and Infrastructure Engineering
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Ability to manage high volume pipelines in a technical recruiting environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in the Civic/Government field is highly preferred
