Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize high-volume and specialized candidate pipelines to meet internal customer capacity needs
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to lead recruiting initiatives
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to drive continuous improvement within the recruitment life cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience for high-volume and specialized roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices in diverse environments
  • Proven ability to manage internal customer relationships across multiple geographic regions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Preference for candidates in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones
