Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize high-volume and specialized candidate pipelines to meet internal customer capacity needs
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to lead recruiting initiatives
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive continuous improvement within the recruitment life cycle
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience for high-volume and specialized roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices in diverse environments
- Proven ability to manage internal customer relationships across multiple geographic regions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preference for candidates in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones
