Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to attract and hire exceptional team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to create engaging job postings and selection criteria
  • Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through various channels
  • Track recruitment activities and collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience, preferably with non-exempt roles
  • Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer best practices
