Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to create engaging job postings and selection criteria
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through various channels
- Interview and evaluate candidates while maintaining a consistent and inclusive hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in non-exempt roles
- Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and interviewing best practices
