Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to create engaging job postings and selection criteria
  • Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through various channels
  • Interview and evaluate candidates while maintaining a consistent and inclusive hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in non-exempt roles
  • Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and interviewing best practices
