Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, utilizing creative sourcing strategies and building relationships with candidates
- Design and implement hiring tools, processes, and training to ensure a smooth and human-centered recruitment experience
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance the employer brand and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- Experience building recruiting programs and processes from the ground up
- Proven ability to hire across various functions, demonstrating versatility in recruitment
- Strong closing skills with the ability to guide candidates through the decision-making process
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment
- Familiarity with consumer brand recruitment is a plus
