Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, utilizing creative sourcing strategies and building relationships with candidates
  • Design and implement hiring tools, processes, and training to ensure a smooth and human-centered recruitment experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance the employer brand and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • Experience building recruiting programs and processes from the ground up
  • Proven ability to hire across various functions, demonstrating versatility in recruitment
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to guide candidates through the decision-making process
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment
  • Familiarity with consumer brand recruitment is a plus
