Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage its recruiting efforts and enhance the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage the hiring process efficiently
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse requisition load independently
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, startup environment
  • Experience sourcing and hiring for clinical roles is preferred
