Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People team in New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities
- Execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing strategies while maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to implement and refine recruiting processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and exercising sound judgment in prioritization
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, accommodating global time zones when needed
