Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage the selection, offer, negotiation, and closing processes for designated positions
  • Utilize various technologies and sourcing methods to build a qualified applicant pool and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree obtained through an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations relevant to talent acquisition
  • Experience with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
