Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Manage the selection, offer, negotiation, and closing processes for designated positions
- Utilize various technologies and sourcing methods to build a qualified applicant pool and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree obtained through an accredited institution (preferred)
- Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations relevant to talent acquisition
- Experience with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
