Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Previous experience in technical recruiting and full lifecycle recruitment
- Experience in client management and candidate engagement
