Key Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers on talent needs and identify diverse talent opportunities
• Analyze data to implement hiring plans that align with business demands and talent availability
• Enhance candidate experience through effective sourcing, assessment, and compliance with recruiting policies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Previous experience in technical recruiting and full lifecycle recruitment
• Experience in client management and candidate engagement
