Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive talent acquisition strategies and support hiring across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Drive employment branding efforts and support DEI programs across North America
- Conduct candidate audits, ensure ATS compliance, and report on key hiring metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment marketing experience
- Experience with an automated applicant tracking system (ATS) and internet resume sourcing
- Experience recruiting entry-level, professional, and technically skilled positions
