Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive talent acquisition strategies and support hiring across various levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement best practices in talent acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Drive employment branding efforts and support DEI programs across North America
  • Conduct candidate audits, ensure ATS compliance, and report on key hiring metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment marketing experience
  • Experience with an automated applicant tracking system (ATS) and internet resume sourcing
  • Experience recruiting entry-level, professional, and technically skilled positions
