Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting support for professional and technical roles
  • Lead recruitment activities including sourcing strategy development, candidate screening, and offer development
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing and engineering talent
  • Experience recruiting across multiple levels, including entry-level and senior-level roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
