Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (remote/Eastern time zone).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hiring process by defining position requirements, sourcing strategies, and evaluating candidates
  • Lead recruitment efforts using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques and facilitate the selection process
  • Oversee administrative tasks and special projects related to talent acquisition and maintain accurate reporting metrics


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting, selection, or sourcing
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in HR, Recruitment, or a related field
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with automated applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
