Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (remote/Eastern time zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process by defining position requirements, sourcing strategies, and evaluating candidates
- Lead recruitment efforts using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques and facilitate the selection process
- Oversee administrative tasks and special projects related to talent acquisition and maintain accurate reporting metrics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting, selection, or sourcing
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in HR, Recruitment, or a related field
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with automated applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
