Required Qualifications:
- 3-6+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in a tech or AI startup environment
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-moving company
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience using an ATS and leveraging data to drive decisions
- Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve recruiting workflows
