Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale revenue-driving teams across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer negotiation and close
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various strategies
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in a tech or AI startup environment
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-moving company
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using an ATS and leveraging data to drive decisions
• Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve recruiting workflows
