Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technology
• Demonstrated responsiveness, adaptability, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
