Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (fixed term).

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating roles and develop hiring strategies based on revenue targets
• Recruit for technical roles including Software Engineering and Data/AI-related positions as needed
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on org design, role scoping, and compensation alignment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record in recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Engineering roles
• Familiarity with AI-driven products and go-to-market strategies
• Ability to leverage AI tools for recruiting efficiency
• Experience in designing structured, competency-based interview processes
