Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Sourcing Specialist who will focus on uncovering top engineering talent and enhancing recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive market intelligence by tracking industry trends and competitor hiring
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for active requisitions and maintain evergreen pools
• Ensure data excellence by maintaining ATS hygiene and sharing actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in technical or engineering roles
• Experience in MEP/engineering sourcing strongly preferred
• Ability to manage 8-12+ open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters and hiring managers
• Familiarity with metrics and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
