Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment process for clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical teams in the North East by developing and executing strategic sourcing plans
• Consult with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
• Maintain an applicant tracking system and report on the status of open positions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of professional recruitment experience required, with healthcare and agency recruitment as a plus
• Experience in executing full-cycle corporate recruiting
• Prior experience in large healthcare organizations is beneficial
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
