Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full cycle recruiting and hiring processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques and research of industry competitors
  • Screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume corporate talent acquisition
  • Experience using various sourcing and recruiting channels, including social media
  • Preferred experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare technology settings
