Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for management positions, ensuring company standards are upheld
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build strong teams through internal promotions and planned attrition
• Develop strategic recruiting initiatives targeting college recruiting, job boards, and social media channels

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the hospitality or related industry
• Experience recruiting for positions from entry to senior manager level
• Proven track record of meeting monthly hiring targets as a remote recruiter
• Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
