Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation for global roles
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in small, high-growth companies or startups
  • Proven ability to refine and enhance recruiting processes and candidate experiences
  • Experience sourcing and hiring passive candidates across various roles and geographies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
