Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation for global roles
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in small, high-growth companies or startups
- Proven ability to refine and enhance recruiting processes and candidate experiences
- Experience sourcing and hiring passive candidates across various roles and geographies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
