Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment for open roles and flex across teams as needed
  • Build talent pipelines that drive diverse and high-impact candidate slates
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
  • Experience with Workday (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience with third-party job boards and social media recruiting is a plus
  • Flexibility to work extended hours due to time zone differences
