Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Partner to manage end-to-end recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define what "great" looks like for each role and build effective interview processes
- Maintain a positive candidate experience and manage the recruiting pipeline
- Develop and improve hiring infrastructure, including job descriptions and candidate evaluations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or startup talent operations
- Experience running recruiting processes in high-growth startups (10-100 people)
- Proven ability to manage searches end-to-end and close candidates
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to identify and address slow pipelines
