Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define what "great" looks like for each role and build effective interview processes
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience and manage the recruiting pipeline
  • Develop and improve hiring infrastructure, including job descriptions and candidate evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or startup talent operations
  • Experience running recruiting processes in high-growth startups (10-100 people)
  • Proven ability to manage searches end-to-end and close candidates
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to identify and address slow pipelines
