Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting activities and ensure the attraction of high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selection
  • Develop partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes and provide a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred, or substantial professional experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting multiple hiring managers or business functions
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
