Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Provider Network Development.

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pipelines, credentialing, and onboarding

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while utilizing data to support team objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in mental health, healthcare, or related fields
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and managing recruitment challenges
- Experience driving recruiting initiatives and providing exceptional recruitment experiences
- Highly self-driven and resourceful in resolving issues
