Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pipelines, credentialing, and onboarding
Independently resolve complex recruitment issues and implement collaborative solutions
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while utilizing data to support team objectives

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in mental health, healthcare, or related fields
Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping
Demonstrated success in building pipelines and managing recruitment challenges
Experience driving recruiting initiatives and providing exceptional recruitment experiences
Highly self-driven and resourceful in resolving issues
