Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
• Experience in professional services environments preferred
• Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
