Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience in professional services environments preferred
- Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
