• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define what "great" looks like
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and maintain accurate records in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-growing startup environment
• Hands-on experience recruiting for global Go-To-Market roles
• Proficient in using AI tools for recruiting
• Experience leading global, end-to-end recruiting processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
