• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify talent profiles
• Provide regular updates on candidate movement and maintain candidate status in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare-related recruiting experience
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse preferred
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products
