Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience hiring for go-to-market functions across multiple business units
- Expertise in enterprise SaaS recruiting is required
- Experience in healthtech or healthcare-related markets is strongly preferred
- Proven success in building proactive pipelines and engaging passive talent
