Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure alignment on role specifications
  • Develop recruiting programs and marketing strategies that support Employer Branding initiatives and promote community partnerships
  • Identify diverse talent sourcing strategies and ensure recruitment processes attract a wide range of candidates
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, preferably in high-growth environments focusing on engineering and GTM roles
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and providing strategic guidance to hiring managers
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills to influence talent decisions
  • Ability to analyze hiring trends and inform recruitment strategies based on data
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities
