Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment efforts in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment to source and hire talent for management positions across multiple locations
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify internal promotions and manage team planning
• Develop and implement strategic recruiting strategies to support aggressive expansion plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or related industry
• Experience recruiting for positions from entry-level management to senior management
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets as a remote recruiter
• Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
