Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Partner III, GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and candidate profiles
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and manage recruitment processes globally
- Enhance candidate experience by fostering engagement and addressing potential concerns throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in Go To Market recruitment for a technology organization
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Full lifecycle recruitment experience, including client management and candidate engagement
