A company is looking for a Talent Partner III, GTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and candidate profiles
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and manage recruitment processes globally
  • Enhance candidate experience by fostering engagement and addressing potential concerns throughout the hiring process


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Go To Market recruitment for a technology organization
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Full lifecycle recruitment experience, including client management and candidate engagement
