Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand open positions and recruiting strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Utilize various tools to engage passive candidates, particularly for technical roles, and participate in university recruiting efforts


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S.-accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting
  • Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in niche technical areas
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles is highly desirable
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and proficiency in other web-based recruiting systems is preferred
