Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (3-month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions
• Maintain candidate communications and interview scheduling in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience across various business areas
• Experience with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse
• Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Self-motivated and proactive in contributing to a fast-growing company
