Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting workflows within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Familiarity with ATS and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in maintaining clean documentation and process discipline
