Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sourcing, assessment, selection, and pre-onboarding strategies for supported client groups
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies for open positions, focusing on niche and senior-level roles
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment, including agency or in-house settings
  • Experience in full life cycle recruitment and hiring senior-level roles (Director and above)
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and ATS
  • Ability to manage local and global stakeholders in a remote environment
