Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers to define talent needs and business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, and offer management
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 5+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship
- Experience recruiting for Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering roles is preferred
- Proven ability to attract high-caliber talent across diverse disciplines
