Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers to define talent needs and business objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, and offer management
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship
  • Experience recruiting for Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering roles is preferred
  • Proven ability to attract high-caliber talent across diverse disciplines
