Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for staff and faculty positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process, including requisition intake, job postings, and candidate management
  • Serve as the primary recruiter, managing a requisition load of 20-25 positions and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Administer Workday Recruiting, maintain data integrity, and support AI-enabled recruiting operations
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday
  • Familiarity with AI-based recruiting tools and talent intelligence platforms
  • Higher education recruiting experience is strongly preferred
