Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS start-up/scale-up environments, preferably with hiring experience in Europe
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment load independently
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
  • Experience in strategic sourcing for hard-to-find profiles
  • Proven ability to build credibility with stakeholders and communicate proactively
