Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across teams
- Conduct structured role briefings with hiring managers to set expectations
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including passive candidates
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS start-up/scale-up environments, preferably with hiring experience in Europe
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment load independently
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
- Experience in strategic sourcing for hard-to-find profiles
- Proven ability to build credibility with stakeholders and communicate proactively
