Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and operations roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs
- Source candidates through various channels and maintain candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Valid Driver's License may be required based on business needs
