Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and operations roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs
  • Source candidates through various channels and maintain candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Valid Driver's License may be required based on business needs
