Required Qualifications
- Experience as a talent acquisition advisor within the clinical research, healthcare, or technology environment
- Demonstrated success with executing multi-factorial sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience adopting AI to enhance workflows
- Exceptional organization and ability to manage complexity without losing momentum
