Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders; shape search strategy and candidate profiles

Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a talent acquisition advisor within the clinical research, healthcare, or technology environment
  • Demonstrated success with executing multi-factorial sourcing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience adopting AI to enhance workflows
  • Exceptional organization and ability to manage complexity without losing momentum
