Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote) to support hiring needs through full cycle recruiting and consultative partnerships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support managers in defining role requirements and interview plans while sourcing and evaluating candidates
  • Manage requisitions and candidate movement within Workday, utilizing data to optimize hiring processes
  • Engage with candidates through social platforms and represent the company at job fairs and networking events
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or multi-unit environments
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and modern recruiting technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate hiring needs into effective recruiting plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
