Key Responsibilities

• Hire high-performing talent and manage complex searches across multiple functions
• Utilize AI tools to enhance recruiting processes and continuously improve hiring strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while delivering a high-quality candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment
• Experience hiring across Go-to-Market and R&D organizations
• Proven success in managing complex searches in fast-changing environments
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve recruiting outcomes
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels and markets
