Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time position responsible for hiring exceptional talent through an AI-first, data-driven recruiting approach, managing complex searches, and influencing hiring decisions in a fast-scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire high-performing talent and manage complex searches across multiple functions
- Utilize AI tools to enhance recruiting processes and continuously improve hiring strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while delivering a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment
- Experience hiring across Go-to-Market and R&D organizations
- Proven success in managing complex searches in fast-changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve recruiting outcomes
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels and markets
